Gerber Daisy

Gerber Daisies are fresh, feminine and youthful.  They come in vibrant shades of yellows, oranges and reds and pinks.  Some gerber daisies have a different color in the center from the petals – this adds extra variation and color possibilities.
They add texture to an arrangement of traditional, soft wedding flowers like roses.  They can also make a loud and vibrant statement if bunched in groups of varying colors.  The stems of the gerber daisy are long and stiff and hollow.  The weight of the flower can be bend the stem down over time, so sometimes flower arrangements

Gerber Daisies are best used in centerpieces and bridal bouquets.  Gerber daisies can be held up with wires from inside the stem, but do not hold up well when wire wrapped.  They can look dramatic with a few long stems in a tall vase or they can be made a part of a low cut compact arrangement – their wide petals covering a lot of space in the sphere.
